Using an AI bot reply can be tricky. If you use an AI bot reply to your regular chatbot, it will only give you a single reply to your questions after that it will answer based on its built instruction. But if you want your bot to reply continuously, you should use it in a no-match reply.
Here’s how you can integrate AI replies to your bot in Flow Builder:

- And select “Bot Manager” from the WhatsApp or Telegram section.
- Select the bot account that you want to use.
- Then select “Bot Reply” and click on the Create button.
- Double click on “Start bot flow” component and give a trigger keyword to trigger the bot.
- Then right click on your mouse or drag the “AI Reply” component and connect it with the Start bot flow or any other component as you wish.
- Double click on AI reply component to setup the training data. You can also set AI reply to No-Match template so that your bot can reply to any keywords that doesn’t match.
- Now save the bot flow, and you are good to go.
Setting Up AI Reply to No-Match Template
- In the Bot Manager page scroll down to “Action buttons”.
- Now select “No-Match” button.
- In the visual flow builder right click on your mouse or drag the “AI Reply” component and connect it with the Start bot flow.
- Double click on AI reply component to setup the training data. As example if you are creating a bot for your company you can write all details about your company business. This will help your bot to answer any out of the box question about your company asked by your customer.
