Best WhatsApp Marketing Software in 2026: 12 Tools Compared
Entry plans, trials, chatbots, team seats and what each platform adds to Meta’s message price, from the vendors’ own pricing pages.

On this page
Every “best WhatsApp marketing software” list we could find is written by a vendor that puts itself first. This one is too: Botbiz is our product and it is number one on the list. The difference is what we show you next to it. For every platform below you get the published entry plan, the trial, whether a chatbot and AI are included, how many teammates can reply, and whether the platform adds its own margin to Meta’s per-message price. Those are the figures that decide what you actually pay, and they are the ones most lists leave out.
All competitor figures come from each vendor’s own pricing page, checked in October and November 2026, and are labelled as such. Prices change; if you spot one that has moved, tell us and we will correct it. Where a competitor fits a business better than Botbiz does, we say so in plain words.
What WhatsApp marketing software does
WhatsApp marketing software connects your business to the WhatsApp Business Platform (the API) so you can do what the phone app cannot: send approved template campaigns to thousands of opted-in contacts, let a whole team answer from one number, run chatbots around the clock, and trigger messages from other systems such as a Shopify store, a form or a CRM. Our guide to WhatsApp Business app vs API covers the difference in detail.
Two things cost money with any platform on this list: the software subscription and the messages themselves. Meta charges per conversation at a published rate that depends on the country and the template category. Some platforms pass that rate through untouched; others add a margin on top, which is where the real difference between a cheap-looking plan and an expensive one often hides. We flag it for every tool.
Why a “bulk sender” is not on this list. Tools that automate the regular WhatsApp app or send to scraped lists are not built on the official API. They get numbers banned and they break Meta’s Business Messaging Policy. Every platform below uses the official API.

The best WhatsApp marketing software in 2026, reviewed
1. Botbiz
Botbiz is a WhatsApp-only platform on Meta’s official Cloud API. Every plan includes broadcasting, the drag-and-drop chatbot builder, the AI chatbot, a shared team inbox with unlimited members, drip campaigns, native WhatsApp Flows forms, webhooks, a developer API and 35+ integrations including Shopify, WooCommerce, Google Sheets, Zapier and Pabbly Connect. There is nothing to unlock later.
- Price: Growth ₹800 a month (about ) billed yearly at ₹9,600 + GST; Scale ₹1,400 a month (about ). Monthly billing is available.
- Messages: on monthly and yearly plans Meta bills your conversations directly at Meta’s published rate; Botbiz adds nothing to it. An optional prepaid wallet is available and shows its fee before you top up.
- Trial: 7 days, no credit card, free onboarding with a real person on WhatsApp.
- Team and tags: unlimited team members and unlimited tags on every plan.
- Coexistence: keep using the WhatsApp Business app on your phone with the same number while the API runs broadcasts and bots.
Where Botbiz fits better: Botbiz is WhatsApp only. If you need Instagram, TikTok or RCS in the same inbox, look at Wati, Interakt or respond.io. Native HubSpot and Salesforce connectors run through Zapier, Pabbly, Make or the API rather than one-click.
Verdict: the lowest fixed price on this list with the chatbot, AI and unlimited seats included, and no margin on messages on standard plans. See the full WhatsApp marketing software overview.
2. Wati
Wati is one of the best-known WhatsApp platforms and now covers Instagram, TikTok and RCS as well. It is polished and well documented, and the no-code chatbot builder is good. The catch is how it meters: chatbot runs are counted as “triggers” with a monthly quota, the entry plan is fixed at three users, and Wati publishes its own per-message rate card that sits above Meta’s price.
- Price: Growth €59 a month billed yearly (€69 monthly). Pro adds users at €39 per user per month.
- Chatbot: 1,000 triggers a month on Growth, then paid packs. The AI agent (Astra) is a separate product from a month.
- Team: 3 users on Growth, 5 on Pro.
- Messages: Wati’s rate card for India marketing messages is above Meta’s own rate; the difference adds up at volume.
Where Wati fits better: you want several channels in one inbox, or your team relies on Wati’s large template and integration marketplace.
Verdict: strong product, but budget for triggers, seats and the message margin. Full comparison on our Wati alternative page.
3. AiSensy
AiSensy is built for broadcast volume in India and its Free Forever plan is a genuine way to test the API, though it does not include broadcasting. The Basic plan is inexpensive on paper; the chatbot builder and the AI agent are separate monthly add-ons, and tags are capped on the entry plan.
- Price: Basic ₹1,500 a month (about ). Chatbot add-on ₹2,500 a month; AI agent add-on ₹1,350 a month for 1,000 AI messages.
- Team: 5 agents, extra seats a month each.
- Tags: 10 on the entry plan.
- Messages: AiSensy’s published India marketing rate is above Meta’s rate.
Where AiSensy fits better: you send very large campaigns and want a vendor with a big Indian support footprint, or you want to start on a free plan before you broadcast.
Verdict: good for pure broadcasting; the real monthly cost with a chatbot is around ₹4,000. See the AiSensy alternative page.
4. Interakt
Interakt, part of the Jio ecosystem, is popular with D2C brands and adds Instagram alongside WhatsApp. Agents are unlimited on every plan, which is rare. The Starter plan has no chatbot at all, Growth gets linear flows, and branching bots arrive on Advanced; the AI agent is an add-on.
- Price: Starter per quarter; Growth 9 per quarter (about a month).
- Chatbot: none on Starter; linear flows on Growth; branching on Advanced. AI agent .99 a month including 100 AI messages.
- Team: unlimited agents.
- Messages: a margin on marketing and utility messages on every plan except Enterprise.
Where Interakt fits better: you want Instagram DMs in the same inbox or you are already in the Jio commerce stack.
Verdict: unlimited seats are a plus; the chatbot tiers and the message margin decide the real price. See the Interakt alternative page.
5. Gallabox
Gallabox pairs a capable chatbot builder with deep Zoho, Razorpay and Shiprocket integrations, which makes it a natural pick for Indian teams on that stack. The entry plan has a hard three-user cap, is billed quarterly or yearly only, and leaves out webhooks and Shopify.
- Price: Basic ₹2,399 a month billed quarterly or yearly (about 2 a month at yearly billing).
- Chatbot: included; AI from Essential.
- Team: 3 on Basic (hard cap), 6 on Essential, then per user.
- Messages: a margin over Meta’s rate.
Where Gallabox fits better: your CRM is Zoho and you ship with Shiprocket; the native connectors save real setup time.
Verdict: well built, priced for mid-size teams rather than small ones. See the Gallabox alternative page.
6. DoubleTick
DoubleTick is a sales-first WhatsApp platform with a strong mobile inbox and a team-management angle. There is no self-serve trial, everything is yearly billed, and the bot studio and AI only arrive on the Pro + AI tier.
- Price: Starter 0 a month, billed yearly (,039). Pro + AI 8 a month.
- Chatbot: default bots only on Starter; Bot Studio from Pro + AI.
- Team: 5 on Starter, 10 on Pro.
- Messages: not published; messages run through a prepaid wallet.
Where DoubleTick fits better: you run a field sales team that lives on mobile and want an account manager rather than self-serve.
Verdict: capable but expensive to start, and you cannot try it first. See the DoubleTick alternative page.
7. Gupshup
Gupshup is a messaging API provider rather than a marketing suite. Self-serve pricing is per message with no plan fee, which looks attractive until you need an inbox or a no-code bot, neither of which is part of self-serve. It covers SMS, RCS and voice too.
- Price: no monthly plan; .001 per text message plus a margin on marketing messages.
- Chatbot and inbox: not in self-serve; enterprise by quote.
- Trial: free testing credit discontinued.
- Support: email only on self-serve.
Where Gupshup fits better: you have developers and want raw APIs across several channels at enterprise scale.
Verdict: an API, not a marketing tool, for most small businesses. See the Gupshup alternative page.
8. WANotifier
WANotifier is a lean notification and broadcast tool with no margin on Meta’s price, which we respect. Pricing scales with contacts and messages rather than features: the Essentials plan is capped at 4,000 messages a month, has three agents and no chatbots, API or webhooks.
- Price: Essentials ₹2,499 a month under 1,000 contacts, rising to ₹4,499 at 10,000 contacts and ₹18,499 beyond.
- Chatbot: none on Essentials; 5 on Advanced.
- Team: 3 on Essentials, 10 on Advanced.
- Messages: 0% margin.
Where WANotifier fits better: you only need transactional notifications and occasional broadcasts to a small list, and no automation.
Verdict: honest message pricing, but the plan ladder gets expensive as the list grows. See the WANotifier alternative page.
9. QuickReply
QuickReply focuses on Shopify stores with managed abandoned-cart recovery and order alerts. Every plan starts with a demo call, the Starter plan has a single agent login, and WhatsApp bots only arrive on Standard.
- Price: Starter ₹2,999 a month billed yearly or quarterly; Standard ₹7,499 a month.
- Chatbot: from Standard.
- Team: 1 login on Starter, 2 on Standard, ₹500 per extra login.
- Messages: a margin on both marketing and utility messages.
Where QuickReply fits better: you want someone to set up and run cart recovery for you rather than doing it yourself.
Verdict: a managed service in software clothing; fine if that is what you want. See the QuickReply alternative page.
10. Zoko
Zoko is a Shopify-centred WhatsApp platform popular with brands outside India. Every feature is on every plan and agents are unlimited, which is refreshing. It charges its own margin per conversation on the Starter plan, and the AI agents are paid add-ons.
- Price: Starter .99 a month; Plus .99; Elite 9.99 (zoko.io/pricing, November 2026).
- Chatbot: 11 pre-built “essential flows” free on every plan; AI agents from .99 a month each.
- Team: unlimited agents on Starter; Plus and Elite include 5 and 10, then and per agent.
- Messages: Meta billed directly, plus Zoko’s .015 per conversation on Starter; Plus and Elite addup to 5,000 and 100,000 conversations, then.00199 and.00099.
Where Zoko fits better: you sell on Shopify to customers outside India and want a catalog-first WhatsApp store.
Verdict: solid Shopify tooling; watch the per-conversation margin on Starter and the AI add-ons.
11. respond.io
respond.io is an omnichannel inbox that treats WhatsApp as one channel among many. It shines for support teams juggling WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, email and web chat. Workflow automation starts on the Growth plan, and WhatsApp fees are billed separately on usage.
- Price: Starter a month (8 a year billed yearly); Growth 9; Advanced 9 (respond.io/pricing, November 2026).
- Chatbot: AI Prompt and AI Assist with 5,000 AI credits on Starter; workflows and AI agents from Growth.
- Team: 5 users on Starter, a month per extra user.
- Trial: 7 days, no card, with Growth features but no broadcasts.
- Messages: “WhatsApp fees are not included in any subscription”; usage is topped up on the platform.
Where respond.io fits better: your support team needs every channel in one place and SLAs, reporting and routing matter more than WhatsApp marketing features.
Verdict: a support platform first; costly if WhatsApp campaigns are the main job.
12. Brevo
Brevo (formerly Sendinblue) is an email and SMS marketing suite that added WhatsApp campaigns. If your list, templates and automations already live in Brevo, sending a WhatsApp campaign from the same contact base is convenient. It is not a WhatsApp inbox or chatbot product.
- Plans: WhatsApp campaigns are available with prepaid WhatsApp credits as an add-on on the Professional and Enterprise plans (Brevo Help Center).
- Messages: paid with prepaid credits whose price depends on the recipient’s country and the template type (marketing or utility).
- Chatbot: marketing automation builder; no WhatsApp chatbot or shared WhatsApp inbox.
- Trial: the free plan covers email; WhatsApp needs a paid plan.
Where Brevo fits better: you run email and SMS in Brevo and want the occasional WhatsApp campaign from the same segments.
Verdict: a channel add-on for Brevo customers, not a WhatsApp platform.
Best WhatsApp marketing software by use case
The right answer depends on what you sell and who replies. Here is where each platform on the list tends to win, including the cases where it is not Botbiz.
- Small business on a budget: Botbiz. One fixed plan at ₹800 a month with the chatbot, AI and unlimited seats included, and nothing added to Meta’s price on standard plans.
- Shopify or WooCommerce store in India: Botbiz for order updates, COD confirmation and cart recovery in one plan; QuickReply if you would rather pay for a managed cart-recovery service.
- Shopify brand outside India: Zoko, with Botbiz as the lower-cost option once you account for Zoko’s per-conversation fee on Starter.
- Support team on many channels: respond.io or Wati, where Instagram, Messenger, TikTok and web chat sit in the same inbox as WhatsApp.
- Very large Indian broadcast lists: AiSensy for sheer campaign volume; compare its message rate with Meta’s before you commit.
- Zoho, Razorpay and Shiprocket stack: Gallabox for the native connectors, if a three-user cap on the entry plan is acceptable.
- Developers building their own front end: Gupshup’s raw APIs, or Botbiz’s developer API and webhooks if you also want an inbox and bot builder for the rest of the team.
- Email-first marketers: Brevo, for the occasional WhatsApp campaign to segments you already keep there.
- Clinics, salons and coaches: Botbiz, which books and takes payment for appointments inside the chat and sends reminders on its own.
How we judged the list
We scored each platform on the same six questions, using only what the vendor publishes: the price of the entry plan, whether you can try it without a sales call, whether a chatbot and AI are part of that plan or sold separately, how many people can reply before you pay for seats, whether the platform adds a margin to Meta’s message price, and whether store integrations, webhooks and an API are included. Botbiz is first because it is the only platform that answers all six the way a small business would want. That is also the reason it exists.
How to choose WhatsApp marketing software
Eight questions to ask any vendor before you sign up. Together they separate real API platforms from repackaged bulk senders and from plans that look cheap until month two.
- Is it on the official WhatsApp Business API? If the answer is not a plain yes, your number is at risk.
- What do messages really cost? Ask whether Meta bills you directly or the platform adds a margin, and get the per-message rate in writing.
- Is the chatbot part of the plan? Metered “triggers” and separate AI add-ons can double the bill.
- How many teammates can reply? Check the cap on the entry plan and the price of the next seat.
- Can you keep your current number? Coexistence lets the app and the API share one number; not every platform offers it on every plan.
- Does it talk to your store and your tools? Shopify, WooCommerce, Google Sheets, Zapier, webhooks and an API should be included.
- Can you try it before paying? A real trial with broadcasting beats a demo call.
- Who answers when something breaks? Human support on WhatsApp and free onboarding, not a ticket queue reserved for the top plan.
If you are moving from another platform, your number, templates, display name and quality rating move with you. Turn off two-step verification on the old platform, connect the number on the new one and import your contacts; there is no downtime for customers.
Frequently asked questions
What is the best WhatsApp marketing software?
For most small and mid-size businesses the best choice is a platform on the official WhatsApp Business API that includes broadcasting, a chatbot, AI replies and a shared inbox in one fixed-price plan and does not add a margin to Meta’s message price. On those criteria Botbiz leads this list at ₹800 a month. Wati, AiSensy and Interakt are strong alternatives if you need other channels or a larger vendor footprint.
Is WhatsApp marketing allowed?
Yes, through the official WhatsApp Business API, to people who have opted in, using templates Meta has approved. Every platform on this list uses the official API. Tools that automate the consumer app or send to purchased lists are not compliant.
How much does WhatsApp marketing software cost in India?
Entry plans on this list range from ₹800 a month (Botbiz) to ₹2,999 a month (QuickReply), with several vendors between ₹1,500 and ₹2,500. On top of the plan, Meta charges per conversation; some platforms add a margin to that rate and some do not, which can matter more than the plan price once you send at volume.
Which WhatsApp marketing tools have a free trial?
Botbiz, Wati, WANotifier, Zoko and respond.io offer 7-day trials. Interakt and Gallabox offer trials as well. AiSensy has a free plan without broadcasting. DoubleTick and QuickReply start with a demo call.
Do I need a separate number for the WhatsApp API?
No. You can use your existing number. With coexistence, available on every Botbiz plan, the same number keeps working in the WhatsApp Business app while the API handles broadcasts, bots and the shared inbox.
What is the “markup” people mention with WhatsApp platforms?
Meta publishes a per-conversation price for each country and template category. Some platforms resell those messages at a higher rate or add a per-conversation fee; that difference is the markup. Botbiz does not add one on monthly and yearly plans, where Meta bills you directly; its optional prepaid wallet shows its fee before you top up.
Can I send bulk WhatsApp messages without getting banned?
Yes, if you broadcast through the official API to opted-in contacts with approved templates, keep opt-out easy and watch your quality rating. Our broadcast campaign checklist walks through each step.
